Monday Motivation: Continuous Effort


It’s the middle of January… how are you doing on your goals to be a better version of you this year? Change is not easy for any of us. It is a result of continuous effort for a long period of time so that the change becomes a permanent part of who we are, how we act, what we do. Tell yourself, “I am strong. I am intelligent. I am capable.” And then put forth the effort to achieve the goals you’ve set for yourself.
