Monday Motivation: Food Love

We often think and talk about how much we love food… or maybe that’s just me.  And I genuinely love everything about food.  I love the way it tastes; I love sharing it with others; I love cooking it (most days); I love experimenting with it; I love indulging in it.

And once I’m done with everything outside my body, I move on to everything inside my body.  I love that I can use food to look and feel like I want.  I love that food can minimize the negative impact of my environment.  I love that food helps me control my genetic destiny.  I love that food can help me sleep better and give me energy.  (If you don’t know what I mean by all that, ask for your free copy of The 4 Links of the Personalized Food Chain on the homepage.)

The most amazing thing about what food does for us on the outside and inside is that we get to build a beautiful relationship with food that is fulfilling in every way!  Not only can it give us what we need, but it can give us what we want, too.  I mean for real, how many times do our choices alone determine the outcome of a relationship? 🙂

So tell me… do you have a good relationship with food?  Do you choose your food so that you can feel and look like the best version of yourself?  Do you take advantage of the fact that food should be good… and good for you?

If not, check out my post on Happy Living.  It’s a love letter from food to you, to remind you what a gift a good relationship with (real) food can be!

If you’re not sure how to improve your relationship with food and really use it to your advantage, ask for a free 15-minute, no obligation consultation with me, and we can figure out together how to change your life with food.
