Since we are incredibly complex creatures, why have we oversimplified the care and feeding of ourselves to the latest diet trends and doctor-prescribed medications? Why do we accept that feeling less than 100% is a result of a natural process like getting a little older (but not that old) or being a new mom (like people have done for thousands of years)? When will we stop accepting that pain after eating or an immune system that has turned on us is as good as it gets?
Our bodies are meant to feel good and function optimally. All the systems are perfectly interconnected to keep us living and thriving.
