Officially, I am a registered dietitian-nutritionist (RDN), licensed dietitian (LD, FL and NY), Integrative and Functional Nutrition Certified Practitioner (IFNCP), and health coach focused on women’s health.

Sometimes all you need is a little help getting started. In this 60 minute session, I can simply answer your nutrition-related questions or we can discuss your current eating habits, lifestyle and goals to establish small, meaningful, attainable changes so you can eat healthier today.

You have tried the basics (or not!) and you want more for your health! After I analyze all the information you can give me, we talk about what's happening physiologically and what steps you can take to finally achieve your wellness goals.

Ready to continuously improve your health? This package is for you! We start with In-Depth Knowledge, then meet for 5 more sessions after that. In this 3 months together, you will change yourself for the better and I will support you doing so.
